LAST POST, EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

well today is my last post, I dont think I'm going to continue with my little blog, i may get another one some day when my life is a little more interesting. Well its about 1 am and im quite tired since I've been up since 4am cleaning hamster cages, don't ask, my job isnt the greatest. I've been trying to work on my last paper since my others havent been the greatest and i kind of missed the whole point of writing this last paper, luckily i showed up thursday and found that out, Thanks Deb.
Well to all the people in my class i hope that if i never see you again you all have good lifes, hopefully I'll see everyone around, esspecially ashley.

last class

Well this class is almost over, its kind of sad. I enjoyed coming to this class and somewhat learning. Me so sad! i guess i didnt learn that much. hahaha lol. But anywaymy birthday is coming up on june 14th, which is also flag day. Its weirrd because the only other people i know that knows june 14 is flag day are people with the same birthday. Comeon people FLAG DAY. Hopefully since my birthday is coming up a certain teacher can give me a present in form of a better grade. Yea I know i earn grade you dont give them.

we are supposed to create a post about the interesting facts we have learned about our word. As everyone probably knows i chose the N-word to define and write about. I havent really found anything interesting to post, most of my newspaper findings involve quotations showing that someone said it to someone else. When i did a search on this word on google i did find this, which i think is hilarous only for the reason that it refers to Pulp Fiction and i love that movie.

In all seriousness tho this is the most interesting site i found because it explains its positive connotations and this is what i think of when i think of the N-word, I'm sure if i was a racist i would be thinking differently, but im not, so here ya go

Our third paper called Interpreting Keywords in Communities made me start to think about the most known and misunderstood word and very offensive word ever. First of all I'm doing this purely because i would like to know what this word means, its origins, to discuss the ramifications of using this word, and to discuss how it is used in todays society. I am by no means a racist, but the word i chose was the N-word (Im not going to type it all out, but you all get what it is).

The N-word could quite possibly be the most offensive word out there, but only when a white man uses it against a black man (sry if i already offended anyone) but it also can be used as a word of respect when its used in the right context.

I found the best and most consise definition at Oxford Ref. This is my piece the I critiqued(sp?)_for my CDA project. Bob fitrakis is my poli. sci. professor that blows my mind because he is actually really active in polictial science and i figured id i would just have some guy that doesnt really do anythnig teach me about political science, not Dr. fitrakis who edits the FreePress and writes articles for Columbus Alive and has many other activties. But anyway this source is about the '04 election and how so people think it was rigged for G. Dub (george bush) to win. I does make some pretty got arguement. this interrests me because i have a same interest in politics and Bob is my professor so it interests me to see what he does outside of the class.

I havent been able to afford my new sub yet. I gotta do the poor college student thing which sucks. And i seem to spend all my money when i get it anyway. my taking college seriously idea is really putting a strain on my life. I now hardly have any thing except work and school, yah what the life i live. My weekend was pretty good, doing the usual hanging out with my friends. Next weekend im going up to Athens to visit my friends that go to OU, so that should be fun , except for the drive, but theres a firework place on the way so im gonna get some fireworks.
